clock. Our NOC technicians are on duty 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. Our customer support team is on duty
during the hours listed below to answer your questions
and help resolve any issues that may arise concerning
your service. CSS hours of operation:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
We can provide a copy of our escalation procedures
and after hours contact information upon request.
